Voor het bottelen hebben we wat biologische kastanjebloemhoning toegevoegd. Alle granen die in deze brouwsels zijn gebruikt, komen uit het Pajottenland en ons granennetwerk. 36% van de granen zijn erfgoedlandrassen. Iets minder dan de helft van de blend bestaat uit jonge lambik, de rest van de blend is samengesteld uit oude lambikken.
