De vaten bestaan uit een mix van twee zeer oude oloroso- en twee amontillado-vaten, en één PX-vat, afkomstig van drie kleine bodegas. Bodegas Joséfa Perez en Fernàndez Gao zijn beide gevestigd in het hart van Jerez de la Frontera en Gutiérrez Colosia bevindt zich in El Puerto de Santa María. We hebben vier jaar oude lambikken nog een jaar extra op deze sherryvaten laten rijpen. The barrels are a mix of two very old oloroso and two amontillado barrels, and one PX barrel from three small family bodegas. Bodegas Joséfa Perez and Fernàndez Gao are both located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera and Gutiérrez Colosia is located at El Puerto De Santa Maria. We aged four-year-old lambics for an additional year on these sherry casks.
